Strategically located near the gates of Mbarara town in South Western Uganda, Agip Motel is a quiet and charming hotel, a 3-4 hour drive from Kampala on the Mbarara-Masaka highway.

Getting there

Getting to Agip Motel Mbarara is extremely easy and exciting

Kampala – Masaka – Mbarara route is equally convenient as guests will have a rare opportunity to catch a glimpse of the Mpanga Forest (eco-tourism site), Katonga  River Bridge (the Jewel of Uganda Liberation), the famous Uganda Equator, Ankole –Masaka dry corridor (which encompasses the Lake Mburo National Park) en-route to Agip Motel. The drive takes about 04 hours.

Guests staying at the famous Lake Mburo National Game Park and plan to extend their trip to Western Uganda can exit via Sanga gate with a short drive to Sanga Trading centre to the Hotel.

However those traveling from the Western and south Western conservancies of Queen Elizabeth National Park, Bwindi and Mgahinga Gorrilla National Park, and the Rwenzori Mountains can make a stop-over for Breakfast or lunch at the hotel.
